Re-enrollment is now just an annual 2 step process here at Perry Street Prep.  This spring you will be prompted via email and Class Dojo to complete your Online Registration.  Following completion of your online registration a family must submit their residency documents in person. 

Re-Enrollment Checklist 

 

  • Online Registration  (Emailed to all families from: [email protected])
  • Proof of DC Residency and DC Residency Verification Form 
  • Updated DC Universal Health Certificate 
  • Updated DC Oral Health Certificate
 

Missed Deadlines?  Remaining seats are available to current and new families on a first come, first serve basis.
