Information Regarding Students with Disabilities

Perry Street Prep PCS provides a robust program to support all students.  The Student Support Team at Perry Street Prep PCS works to ensure all students are getting the support they need to be as successful as possible.  This team includes special education teachers, a licensed school counselor, a licensed school social worker, a school nurse, and related service providers.  The student support team assists all scholars including those with disabilities, english language learners, and students with 504 Plans.
